Alexis Bayden Mayer, the political director for Organic Consumers Association (OCA), works to protect organic standards. She speaks about her focus on striking down the King Amendment to the House Farm Bill (which would disallow States the right to regulate food issues for their own citizens), OCA's partnership with Pamm Larry (the Grandmother of U.S. GMO Labeling ballot initiatives), and OCA's important efforts to raise money to help pass I-522 to label GE foods in Washington this November.

Last weekend in Seattle, Alexis was attending the 2013 Justice Begins with Seeds International Conference. In this interview, she discussed Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap involvement in the California Prop 37 GMO food labeling campaign.
