Dear Readers,
The Taco Bell outbreak continues to spread, with customers reporting
diarrhea, flatulence and vomiting after eating at Taco Bell. So how do
they know there's been an outbreak? Isn't that what ALWAYS happens
after eating at Taco Bell?
Okay, gross joke, I know. I don't actually know what customers are
reporting at Taco Bell, but the media is reporting that the outbreak
has spread to five states. Those are, apparently, the states of shock,
denial, anger, nausea and finally, exhaustion.
I can't help joking about fast food restaurants. Taco Bell is not
exactly what most people would consider "fine dining." I'm sure their
food safety is probably just as good as any other fast food restaurant
chain anyway.
And hey, at least they have ingredients that are fresh enough to
actually be eaten by bacteria. Some restaurants serve nothing but dead
foods that even bacteria don't want to eat.
All jokes aside, read up on this to stay informed. E. coli is no
joking matter for people with suppressed immune systems.
