It never ends. With the election of a Democratic Congress, we all expected some major policy shifts. Well, it's still the same old same old. This week Congress is expected to approve the latest bad legislation--the Peru Free Trade Agreement (FTA) http://capwiz.com/pdamerica/issues/bills/?bill=10449266&size=full
