The National Farm to School Network, coordinated by the Center for Food & Justice at Occidental College and the Community Food Security Coalition was launched in 2007. You are invited to subscribe to their monthly e-newsletter, Farm to School Routes, which highlights policies, news, publications, and events, plus featuring a region and profile each month. The Farm to School Online website is aimed at helping farmers, teachers, parents, and food service directors who are working to improve the quality of food in U.S. schools. The site invites users to add content, participate in discussion forums and announce events.
Publications profiled include A Growing Movement: A Decade of Farm to School in California, by Anupama Joshi and Moira Beery.
