Giant Food Distributor to Colleges & Institutions Opens Natural & Organic Line

Healthy, Organic, Sustainable Fare a 'Natural'
Fit in Institutional Settings

GAITHERSBURG, Md., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sodexho USA, the
nation's leading provider of contract food service announced today an
agreement with United Natural Foods, Inc. (Nasdaq: UNFI), the premier
certified organic distributor in the US, to distribute natural and organic
food products to Sodexho USA locations across the country.
Under the terms of the agreement, UNFI, with more than 32,000 different
organic and eco-friendly products, will distribute select items to Herb 'n
Farm, Sodexho USA's exclusive new natural and organic food brand from Wild
Sage Foods, Inc. of California, which will be officially launched next month
at Colorado College in Colorado Springs.

available exclusively to Sodexho USA clients and customers. Herb'n Farm
combines fresh and natural foods prepared and presented in an urban setting,
with eco-friendly flair.
