Kefir is a probiotic product; it is a food that will increase
and promote the life of good bacteria in your gastrointestinal
tract. A healthy GI tract is vital to a strong immune system
and disease prevention. The GI tract contains more than half
the body’s immune system and 100 trillion microorganisms (weighing
2-3 pounds!). If you have a healthy GI system populated with
the “good guy” bacteria, you are less susceptible to bacterial
infections and chronic illnesses, including but not limited

The FOS/inulin in kefir is a prebiotic; it is essentially food
