  As a mother and a doula I believe that the process of birth can make all involved stronger and more self aware physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This powerful time of transformation must be treated with dignity and respect, honouring the wishes (whatever they may be) of those giving birth. I am certified through Doulas of North America (DONA) as a labor doula, attending births and doing prenatal massage since 2000. Currently, I am training to be a nurse-midwife and nurse practitioner. My goal is to integrate conventional medicine with holistic therapies, providing a combination of evidence based with intuitive based practice. My fee includes 2 prenatal visits, the birth, 1-2 postnatal visits, a prenatal massage and access to my lending library.
