  Welcome! Canticle Farm is a non-profit CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, New York, guided by a dedicated core group of local residents. We grow certified, naturally grown produce in all of our harvests. Members pay for a share of the farm's harvest at the beginning of the season and become shareholders, receiving a variety of vegetables on a weekly basis over the projected 18-week summer, 5-week spring, and/or 5-week fall growing seasons. Canticle Farm offers public, roadside Farm Stand sales on Tuesdays and Fridays during shareholder distribution periods. Our Farm produce is available at the Olean Farmers' Market from mid-May through October. Fresh, locally grown produce is also available at our bi-weekly Barn Sales from December-May.
