  As a Birth Doula, I provide pregnancy, labor & postpartum support to the woman & her partner. I give continuous physical, emotional & informational support during labor, by massage, suggesting position changes & positive encouragement. I encourage women to believe in & trust their bodies to guide them through the birth process, by using as little interventions as possible. Each woman is different, so I work with what her hopes are for her delivery. I am a certified Birth Doula through DONA & CAPPA. I am also a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator.
