  Childbirth is a profound rite of passage, a fundamental change of who we are. It can be joyous, it can be blissful, it can be empowering, it can be filled with honor. Through my classes and doula work, I try to empower women and their partners to have the birth of their choice. My goal is to restore women’s faith in their bodies , for partners to feel connected and supportive, and for babies to feel the love, security and bonding that they so richly deserve.
