  Learn on this website how to use the power of your body's intuition to reveal to you your inner, spiritual condition. I am a Registerd Nurse and Registered Yoga Teacher.  I hope to teach you about what I call the Body Window - using your body as a window to your Soul, to your True Self. Using your Body Window will help you explore the pain and memories your body contains, be able to truly feel and release this pain, and find Peace, Wholeness and Health. The Body Window will also help you to understand the way you present yourself to the world - your posture, your weight, your expressions, your total body habitus, and your lifestyle - all which reflects who you really are. Using the Body Window is a journey to healing and health through understanding the emotional and spiritual causes for your physical symptoms and illnesses.
