  Leaving only small hoofprints on the earth At Golden Bear Farm near Kiel, WI we believe in sustainable farming practices. Our animals eat a forage-based diet as opposed to a grain-based diet. Our pastures are certified organic, naturally fertilized and enhanced with fish emulsion. Our animals are rotationally grazed on fresh pastures and have access to fresh air, fresh water, sunshine and space to exercise. We use no antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, herbicides or any artificial additives on our land or our animals. Our animals live in a low-stress environment, leading to meat that is very tender and delicious. We sell ¼, ½ and whole steers and whole pigs, cut to order.
