  Grass Point Farms crafts several different varieties of American Cheese including a 4-year-aged Sharp Cheddar, Mild Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella and Monterey Jack. We produce three flavors of certified Kosher (Metropolitan Kashruth Council of Michigan) milk -- whole, fat-free and 2% and a sweet cream butter. These products are all made from the milk of pature grazed, grass fed cows which produces dairy products that are healthier and more flavorful than any you have ever tasted. Our 4-year-aged Sharp Cheddar earned an award at the 2008 World Dairy Expo and more recently, our 2% milk earned an award at the 2010 World Dairy Expo. All of our dairy farmers adhere to strict, third-party audited animal care standards to compliment our grazing standards.
