  The coffee at our cafe is 100% organic, bought directly from small-farmer cooperatives under the terms of Fair Trade. Nashville's first vegetarian and only Kosher cafe. However, most customers don't care about the health or religious standards. Daily specials might include Mexican, Thai, or Indian inspired dishes. The overall company is Bongo World which has other coffee shops and cafes in Nashville - Fido, Cafe East, and Bongo Java. Our flagship store, Bongo Java, has recycled paper, cardboard, cans, bottles and plastic since Day 1. Soon we will have a more comprehensive recycle program at all our operations.
