  I live in Byron with my husband and wonderful little boys. I’ve been fascinated with childbirth and newborns ever since I can remember! Working as a health educator and breastfeeding counselor, along with the birth of my sons, has inspired me to become a birth professional. I had a homebirth with my second baby and the experience has inspired me even more! I’m pursuing my birth doula certification through DONA, I teach childbirth classes and am working towards Lamaze certification, and I’m a Certified Lactation Counselor. I also provide postpartum doula services. I’m fluent in Spanish and enjoy working with families of all backgrounds. As your doula, I’ll assist you during your pregnancy, labor and postpartum experience to help you understand your options and teach you comfort measures and relaxation techniques to help make your birth a positive and treasured experience.
