  Like most doula I truly believe pregnancy and birth to be a beautiful and empowering experience. I believe that when women are informed and feel confident in their bodies’ abilities to bring a child into the world they make choices that fit them best. By having a doula the mother experience less stress while in labor and by preparing a birth plan she is more positive and fulfilled from the birthing experience. I believe every woman has a right to her own choices in the birthing process without having to explain the way she chooses to give birth and especially the way she mothers. We are all so different so why would we give birth the same way. Each woman should be allowed to decide for herself what’s right for her and her baby. when you do what you love you never work a day in your life
