  I have been teaching natural childbirth and breastfeeding for over ten years. I have given birth to 6 children, including two sets of twins and two singletons. I have given birth in hospitals and at home and have experienced premature birth, infant loss, epidural birth and natural births, OB and midwife births, and even water birth. I have breastfed all my children including tandem nursing twins and a newborn and toddler in tandem. I have been a doula and birth assistant for over 8 years as well. I am honored to help Columbia, Howard County and surrounding area Maryland families create the empowered birth they desire!
