  Lyndsey first began working alongside pregnant women and new moms in 2002 as a yoga instructor. She soon realized that it was her passion to positively affect women during this profound time of growth and transformation. To further her expertise in the birth process, she trained as a labor assistant. She is a DONA (Doulas of North America) certified Birth Doula as well as a DONA certified Postpartum Doula. In addition she is a Hypnobabies ® Hypno-Doula (HCHD) having recieved training to support women using hypnosis in childbirth. In labor support, she blends yogic techniques of deep, relaxed breathing, comfortable postures and a clear mind with the doula training of hands-on comfort measures and emotional support. Her aim is to prepare women for an easeful birth and a joyful postpartum experience.
