  I am a Certified Professional Midwife in the greater Kansas City area. I attend home births including all prenatal visits in the comfort of your own home. I have studied natural nutrition and healing for many years and use this knowledge to assist the moms I work with to encourage a healthier pregnancy and more satisfying birth. I feel that birth is a pivotal time in which a woman can explore her inner strengths as well as her fears, opening herself to her right and responsibility to make decisions for herself as well as her child. Women have a right to mother-centered care and support, whatever that means to each mother.
