  Natural childbirth is the most empowering experience a woman can have. Two people bringing a life into the world together in harmony is very spiritual and sensual. Being a doula allows me to bring couples closer together during labor. Fathers should be very involved in the birthing process and I coach the father as well as the mother. I use aromatherapy and essential oils to enhance labor. I am a Doula, CNA, 2nd year Midwifery Student, Doula mentor, lacatation counselor and childbirth educator. My doula services include physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy, labor and the postpartum period.
