Organic Choice was founded by a group of dedicated producers who believed that the organic marketplace has grown significantly and that a Choice should be offered to dairy producers when selling their milk. We currently sell true raw milk cheeses, and they are never heated to above 102 degrees, protecting the natural flavor, nutrition and digestive enzymes. These cheeses are aged a minimum of 60 days to meet FDA requirements. It is our sincere desire to produce dairy products that are not significantly altered by processing, that are nutritious, life-giving and are worth eating.
