I provide nurturing care focusing on listening to the mother/couples birth vision and assist in the manifestation of a positive birth experience. I utilize comfort measures, encouragement and breath strategies while working harmoniously with medical professionals and loved ones. VBAC, water birth, Hypnobirthing, lactation counseling. My services include prenatal appts, labor and birth support and postpartum visit. Sara Epstein is a birth doula and a lactation counselor who loves helping women and their partners through the birth process. Devoting herself to learning and growth, her inspiration began through her own unnecessary Cesarean birth. Since then she has had three VBAC's including two beautiful water births.
