  I do not sell a product. I have a service. I am a Personal Food Coach. I recreate people's kitchens by educating them on the "good, bad and ugly" of the foods they are eating. I teach them what to look for when reading labels and what they really are saying. I continue the education by accompanying them to Whole Foods Market and teaching them about buying organic foods and how to choose a variety of foods and how to cook them to create gourmet, creative wonderful foods. I teach them about other products as well and why to buy organic and what to look for to assure it really is organic. I encourage all my clients to grow their own organic gardens as well. Coaching people on how to better their lives through organic foods and teaching people, including children, why it is so important to be educated on what healthy food really is and why.
