  Jennifer and Jay Bartholomew are the founders of The Gentle Spirit, Healing Arts for Inner Peace located in Hellertown, Pa. They have dedicated their lives to the study of martial arts, movement, meditation and healing practices. Since 2008 they have been refining their understanding of the Classical Chinese Wisdom traditions with their teacher Master Zhongxian Wu deepening their knowledge of Taiji and Qigong and Qi Healing from the classical texts - Yijing, Daodejing and Huangdi Neijing. It is their wish to not only preserve these ancient Chinese practices, but to share them with those who would like to promote peace, balance and harmony in their life.
