  The Vitalist School of Herbology is located in downtown Ashland, OR. Established in 2003, we offer courses in western herbalism to a broad array of students, from lay people to aspiring clinical herbalists to established holistic health practitioners. Our unique herbal education programs range from single-day and weekend workshops for the working adult to a comprehensive certificate program for in-depth botanical studies. A chop-wood-carry-water attitude forms the foundation for a rigorous and dynamic curriculum of herbal medicine taught from the Vitalist tradition and interwoven with principles of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine. Enrollment in all classes is limited to ensure a personal atmosphere with ample individual attention.
