Megan Redshaw reports:

“Top-ranking Biden administration officials — including Dr. Anthony Fauci — and five social media giants have 30 days to respond to subpoenas and discovery requests in a lawsuit alleging the government colluded with social media companies to suppress freedom of speech ‘under the guise of combatting misinformation.’

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry on Wednesday served third-party subpoenas on Twitter, Meta (Facebook’s parent company), Youtube, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Schmitt and Landry on Tuesday filed discovery requests seeking documents and information from the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and Fauci, its director; White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre; Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy; and former Disinformation Governance Board executive director Nina Jankowicz.

Discovery requests also were sent to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and its director, Jen Easterly; the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS); and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

‘In May, Missouri and Louisiana filed a landmark lawsuit against top-ranking Biden Administration officials for allegedly colluding with social media giants to suppress free speech on topics like COVID-19 and election security,’ Schmitt said in Tuesday’s press release.”

“In a move that is sure to trigger widespread discussion concerning the independence, objectivity and wisdom of granting authority to the WHO to manage global infectious diseases responses, the monkeypox outbreak has been declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) by the World Health Organization. The declaration was made unilaterally, in direct contradiction of independent review panel advice, by WHO director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. Tedros made the declaration despite a lack of consensus among members of the WHO’s emergency committee on the monkeypox outbreak, and in so doing overruled his own review panel, who had voted 9 against, 6 for declaring the PHEIC.”

Suzanne Burdick of Children’s Health Defense writes:

“The authors of a new report on digital identity systems warned ‘the actual and potential’ human rights violations arising from the digital ID model can be ‘severe and potentially irreversible.’

The 100-page report — “Paving the Road to Hell? A Primer on the Role of the World Bank and Global Networks in Promoting Digital ID” — published by New York University’s (NYU) Center for Human Rights and Global Justice urged human rights organizations to heed the threats posed by a global push for digital IDs.

The NYU researchers said many proponents — including the World Bank — portray digital IDs as a means to achieving greater inclusivity and environmental sustainability when, in fact, the systems are likely to do just the opposite.

According to the report, the digital ID has been dressed up as an ‘unstoppable juggernaut and inevitable hallmark of modernity and development in the 21st century,’ causing dissenting voices to be ‘written off as Luddites and barriers to progress’ … Governments around the world have been investing heavily in digital identification systems, often with biometric components, the authors said in a statement.

Digital ID systems that frequently collect biometric data — such as fingerprints, iris or other facial feature recognition — are being adopted to replace or complement non-digital government identification systems.”

Dr Mercola writes:

“In early June 2022, the government of The Netherlands announced it would cut the size of livestock herds in the country by 30% to meet European Union nitrogen and ammonia pollution rules. As a result of this “green” policy, many farmers will be driven out of business and they have gathered in protest across the country.

This is important because many may not realize that even though The Netherlands is a small country, it’s the second-largest exporter of agriculture in the world, after the United States. As with current energy shortages, the forced reductions in farming and food production are said to be an “unavoidable” part of the Green Agenda to improve air, soil and water quality.

In a public statement about the new emissions targets, the Dutch government even admitted that “The honest message … is that not all farmers can continue their business.” Those who do continue will have to come up with creative solutions to meet the new emissions restrictions.”

At the same time the Dutch government is preparing to radically restrict livestock farming and meat production — likely with Gates’ blessing, if not due to his influence — Gates is gobbling up farmland back home.

Despite land prices being at a record-high, Gates purchased a 2,100-acre potato farm in North Dakota in June 2022, bringing the total land share held by the Gates’ Red River Trust above 270,000 acres — up from about 242,000 acres in mid-September 2021.

The following map, from AgWeb,17 shows the distribution of Gates’ land holdings prior to his North Dakota acquisition. As you can see, the vast majority is farmland.

The high-tech/big data conglomerates, including Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook and Google, have joined traditional agribusiness giants, such as Corteva, Bayer, Cargill and Syngenta, in a quest to impose their model of food and agriculture on the world.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is also involved (documented in ‘Gates to a Global Empire‘ by Navdanya International), whether through buying up huge tracts of farmland, promoting a much-heralded (but failed) ‘green revolution’ for Africa, pushing biosynthetic food and genetic engineering technologies or more generally facilitating the aims of the mega agri-food corporations.

Of course, the billionaire interests behind this try to portray what they are doing as some kind of humanitarian endeavor – saving the planet with ‘climate-friendly solutions’, ‘helping farmers’ or ‘feeding the world’. In the cold light of day, however, what they are really doing is repackaging and greenwashing the dispossessive strategies of imperialism.”

As my long-term India-based friend and political ally, Vandana Shiva points out, the 2022 global Food Crisis (the third in 15 years) is not primarily driven by food scarcity nor supply chain breakdowns. Tallying up global food inventories, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the World Bank, and the International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food Systems (IPES), all admit there is currently “no risk of global food supply shortages.” In reality there’s plenty of food for everyone, including the 840 million poverty-stricken people who will be going to bed hungry tonight. The wicked root of the crisis, as Vandana states, are those “sowing hunger and reaping profits.”

The diabolical architects of the food crisis are the international bankers, food and grain hoarders, and financial speculators, aided and abetted by the Poison Cartel—i.e. the global economic elite making “killer” profits from toxic food and (manipulated) rising food prices, destroying public health (much to the benefit of their Big Pharma allies) and exacerbating U.S. and global poverty.

Institutionalizing the criminal insanity of this degenerative “profit-at-any-cost” food, farming, and land use system are 80 years of indentured, corrupt politicians subsidizing chemical and GMO food and industrial agriculture, highly processed (highly profitable) synthetic food, and so-called “Free Trade,” systematically undermining the livelihoods of small farmers and ranchers, especially those utilizing traditional/organic/agroecological farming and animal husbandry practices.

Were it not for the greed and compulsive lust for power of out-of-control corporations such as Bayer/Monsanto, Cargill, Amazon, Wal-Mart, and Nestle; trillion dollar investors like Black Rock and Vanguard; Big Pharma profiteers like Moderna and Pfizer, and would be global dictators like Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab, exploiting an engineered pandemic, fear-mongering, orchestrating a disastrous demolition of small business, farmers, and local/regional markets, there would be no food crisis, nor talk of a technocratic “Great Reset.”
