All Day - Outdoor Café Kitchen Get ready for the 2nd Annual Mill City Recipe Contest and Tasteoff! Pick up registration information, shop the market and get inspired to create your best local, seasonal recipes featuring the best organic and sustainable ingredients from the market!! Tasteoff held Saturday September 15th. Join in the fun - friendly competition, celebrity judges and emcees, fantastic prizes and fabulous local dishes. All winners featured in the Market Cookbook.

All Day - Under Train Shed Our guest Potter demonstrates wheel-throwing and hand building technique and sells her beautiful creations!

10 AM - Outdoor Café Kitchen Cooking Demo: "The Local Slow Down". Chef Ronald L. Huff is the Founder/Leader of Slow Food Minnesota, and gastRONomy Rambles. He is also an internationally certified Chef de Cuisine. Today he'll create wonderful dishes using ingredients purchased fresh from the market's vendors.

10 am - Mill City Museum (every Saturday) FOR KIDS:Splash in the museum's Water lab, explore the interactive exhibits and nose around in the Bake Lab.

See the new film "Minneapolis in 19 Minutes Flat," a whirlwind tour of our fair city, written by and starring local humorist, playwright and radio personality Kevin Kling

"Minneapolis in 19 Minutes Flat" plays every 30 minutes and is included in museum admission. 11 a.m. - On Café Stage The Light of the Moon band returns to the market. Stop in for some great market mood music!
